Fortec Motorsports is happy to announce that young American racer Jordyn Martin will join the team for the 2026 season as she makes her debut in the GB4 Championship.
The 15-year-old from South Florida began her career in motocross at the age of eight before moving into four-wheel competition, progressing from dirt ovals to bandoleros and then into karting, in the KA100 Junior class.
Jordyn claimed the Junior Sportsman 2 Track Championship at Hobe Sound in 2022, before finishing runner-up in the Callahan Winter Dirt Series and taking two podiums in bandoleros the following year.
Her rapid progression continued in 2024, finishing inside the top 10 in the Homestead Club Road Course Championship, and later making an impressive step into KA100 Juniors. In the AMR series this year, she has delivered multiple wins, pole positions and podiums, gaining a reputation for clean but assertive overtakes and strong race pace.
Expanding her international footprint, Jordyn has already competed in the United Kingdom at Clay Pigeon Raceway in Dorchester and made her first single-seater outings. She finished second on debut in the South East Formula Series, before joining the Ligier Junior Formula Championship for one event and securing a top-10 result.
She has since completed initial running in the Tatuus MSV-025 car with Fortec Motorsports and will return for a full testing programme ahead of her first campaign. The 2026 GB4 Championship season begins at Silverstone over April 25/26 and will feature 21 races across seven events on the UK’s most historic circuits.
Oliver Dutton, Team Principal
“Jordyn has shown raw pace and a willingness to learn, which are exactly the qualities we want to develop in GB4. Her background across both dirt and circuit racing has given her a strong foundation, and with a full testing programme we believe she can make a real impact during her first competitive season in single-seaters.”
